Our hotel is a family business and we have been renting holiday apartments for over 40 years.

Our hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Siusi allo Sciliar/Seis am Schlern, at around 1100 metres above sea level.
This quiet location, at the edge of the forest, means you can find plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing, refreshing and truly unforgettable holiday in South Tyrol.
Younger guests will have plenty to do here: children can play in the sandbox, or enjoy the slide and the swing in the garden.
Out in the garden, you can use the barbecue for cooking and enjoy an evening with friends and family.
The covered garage is available for you to use, free of charge.
Every half an hour, there is a shuttle bus service that can take you to the “Alpe di Siusi” valley station or to the centre of Siusi allo Sciliar.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes (around 50 metres) away from the hotel.
